Seminario:

Great Companies Don't Need Great ZIP Codes

Why the world's next iconic companies won't come from the same handful of cities.

For decades, the creative world had a map. If you wanted to build a global career or a global company you went where the world was happening: New York, London, Paris. But that map is changing.

Talent is everywhere. Culture travels instantly. Teams cross continents. A brilliant idea born in Bogotá can shape a brand in Berlin. A Romanian creative can build something relevant for Texas. In this seminar, we’ll explore what happens when creativity loses its borders, why international creative talent is increasingly relevant to the rest of the world and how a new generation of borderless creative companies is rewiring the traditional agency network.

Ioana Filip has lived that shift. A Romanian creative who built a global career across the U.S. and U.K., she left the traditional network world to start International Waters, deliberately headquartered offshore. Today, the company brings together talent across borders to work with global clients including SC Johnson, The Coca-Cola Company and Lidl across the U.S. and Europe and is projected to grow revenue by 500% by the end of its second year.
