Andrés Ordóñez, Global Chief Creative Officer at McCann, is a relentless believer in the power of creativity to drive business and shape culture. 

Previously the Global CCO of FCB — after four years leading CCO of FCB Chicago — Andrés helped transform the network into a creative powerhouse. Alongside his teams, he helped win and grow major global brands, and delivered work that blended craft, culture, and purpose. Their ideas were honored at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clios, London International Awards, The ANDYs, Effies, WARC, and more, and contributed to work that was recognized with an Academy Award of Merit — an Oscar® statuette. Under his creative leadership, the network collected multiple “Network of the Year” honors across ADC, D&AD, and The One Show, and maintained its seven-year streak as Cannes Lions’ “Regional Network of the Year, North America”. For Andrés, the true reward is seeing teams grow, ideas come to life, and creativity make a meaningful impact.
